Although they initially connected in June 2023 and kept in touch through texting, it wasn’t until mid-September that their relationship truly began to evolve.
The couple often seemed to support each other during matches; their conversation, which began with a simple text, eventually led to a romantic relationship.
Since 2023, they have been open about their relationship, supporting each other at games and sharing moments on social media.

Scott has been a transportation specialist at Gill Smith Trucking since 2022. Prior to that, he was a branch manager at Cornerstone Bank for over eight years.
Talking about his mother, Shannon has been serving as a high school mathematics teacher at Aurora Public Schools since 2015.
Alongside his parents, Baylor’s four siblings are also athletes. His two elder sisters, Jasa and Jama, played volleyball in college and high school.
Similarly, his younger sister Masa Mae plays volleyball at South Dakota State, and his younger brother Booker is a quarterback at Aurora High School.
